00 Library Remodeling — Sample BOQ & Takeoff
Sample files of the SnapCOST outputs shown in the YouTube video on AI cost estimation results. You can download them without signing in and open them in Excel or a PDF viewer. The files themselves are in Korean.
Before you use these samples
- These are not actual construction costs. Unit prices are ratio-converted and must not be used for estimates, contracts or bids.
- Identifying details such as project name, client and location are anonymized (00 Library Remodeling).
- The files are examples that show the document structure and the export workflow.

Sample bill of quantities
Try it with your own project
Send one drawing and its finish specifications, and we will reply with a takeoff and bill of quantities in the same format.
What the documents contain
Bill of quantities (BOQ)
The whole project exported as a single cost document, bound in the following order.
- Cover
- Summary sheet (gapji)
- Cost calculation statement
- Room-by-room summary
- Bill of quantities
- Unit-cost analysis summary
- Unit-cost analysis
- Unit price comparison
- Labor quantity basis
Quantity takeoff
Evidence showing which formula and drawing source each BOQ quantity comes from.
- Floor-level totals
- Room quantities per item
- Per-room takeoff basis (formula, variables, drawing source)
Exporting the BOQ and takeoff in SnapCOST (6 steps)
Button names are quoted as they appear in the SnapCOST interface (Korean UI). Exporting requires a signed-in account.
- 1
Open a project
Sign in to SnapCOST and open the project you want to export.
- 2
Go to the BOQ tab
Open the project's 「내역서」 (BOQ) tab. The export buttons appear at the top.
- 3
Click 「내역서 내보내기」 (Export BOQ)
This opens the 「전체 공사비 내역서」 (full project BOQ) dialog. All nine parts, from the cover to the labor quantity basis, are bound into one file.
- 4
Save as Excel or PDF
Click 「전체 내역서 엑셀」 (full BOQ Excel) or 「전체 내역서 PDF」 (full BOQ PDF) to generate and download the file.
- 5
Save the takeoff
For the whole project, click 「전체 산출서 엑셀」 or 「전체 산출서 PDF」. To choose a scope, click 「산출서 내보내기」 (Export takeoff) to open the takeoff dialog.
- 6
Save a selected scope
In the dialog, click 「현재 범위 엑셀」 / 「현재 범위 PDF」 (current scope), or use the per-room and per-item PDF/Excel buttons. Check 「전체 내역서 일괄 출력」 to export everything instead of the selected scope.
FAQ
Are the amounts in the sample actual construction costs?
No. Unit prices are ratio-converted, so the amounts are not actual construction costs and must not be used for estimates, contracts or bids.
Is 00 Library Remodeling a real project?
It is a sample in which the project name, client, location and other identifying details are anonymized to show the output format.
What is the difference between the BOQ and the takeoff?
The BOQ organizes the construction cost (cover, summary, cost statement, line items, unit-cost analysis and more). The takeoff shows which formula and drawing source each quantity comes from.
Which programs can open the Excel files?
The files are in xlsx format, so any spreadsheet program that opens xlsx files, such as Excel, can open them. PDFs open in a PDF viewer.
Can I export my own project in the same format?
Sign in with a SnapCOST account and use the 「내역서 내보내기」 and 「산출서 내보내기」 buttons in the project's BOQ tab. Without an account, submit a sign-up request and wait for administrator approval.
